Who We Are

Spire Property Management is a locally owned property management company serving Central and Eastern Iowa markets. We are proud to offer safe, affordable rental units to our qualifying residents and are excited about the impact we are having in our communities.

In 2011, our founders jumped headfirst into real estate by purchasing their first house together in the Highland Park area of Des Moines. In the weeks that followed, they worked long hours getting the property ready for the rental market while both continued working their full-time regular jobs. With this, their passion for real estate was born and they were motivated to continue to buy houses as they poured all their profits back into the business. In the ensuing years they have gathered a team of highly skilled professionals who add a wealth of knowledge in real estate, business, finance, and construction to the business.

Our goal is to be the premier property management company in the region.  We have continued to grow at a rapid rate since those first few rentals and in 2021 expanded to include third party property management in the Des Moines metro and Cedar Rapids regions. In addition to being a company which strives to do all services in house, we are building towards the ability to market our maintenance services to meet the needs of the broader rental markets in the regions in which we operate.

Integrity matters to us and we work diligently to provide rental units across a wide range of affordability levels. We ensure quality renovations on all our properties that are in compliance with city codes, timely maintenance performed by skilled staff, and first-class, cloud-based software to meet our resident’s needs.
