Spire Property Management’s definition of an emergency when a Site Specialist will be dispatched:


  1. Fire (After you call 911)
  2. Water leaks/Floods/Sewer back-ups (not minor dripping faucet)
  3. Property or Building Damage
  4. Electrical, only when entire unit loses power, or there is smoke or sparks
  5. Inability to secure residence, due to broken window or door


Please be prepared to provide:


  1. Your name
  2. Phone number
  3. Address, including unit number
  4. Nature of the emergency


NOT considered an emergency:


  1. Locked Out - Call a locksmith to unlock doors. 
  2. Air Conditioner - Unless outside temperatures are dangerously hot.
  3. Clogged Toilet/Sink - Call a plumber if unable to clear with a plunger.
