Spire Property Management’s definition of an emergency when a Site Specialist will be dispatched:
- Fire (After you call 911)
- Water leaks/Floods/Sewer back-ups (not minor dripping faucet)
- Property or Building Damage
- Electrical, only when entire unit loses power, or there is smoke or sparks
- Inability to secure residence, due to broken window or door
Please be prepared to provide:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Address, including unit number
- Nature of the emergency
NOT considered an emergency:
- Locked Out - Call a locksmith to unlock doors.
- Air Conditioner - Unless outside temperatures are dangerously hot.
- Clogged Toilet/Sink - Call a plumber if unable to clear with a plunger.
